How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery usually takes 3–8 working days depending on your location and courier efficiency.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, delivery is available only within India. Orders for locations outside India cannot be processed or shipped.
What happens if the courier fails to deliver?
The courier makes up to three delivery attempts for issues like incomplete address or absence. If unsuccessful, the parcel returns to us and a new shipping charge applies for reshipment.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Notify us within 48 hours with detailed photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
Which items are eligible for returns?
Only unused, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags and packaging qualify. Returns must be requested within the specified return window to be accepted.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. We’ll provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Who pays for return shipping?
You cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error, like a wrong or defective product. Original shipping no fees are non-refundable in all cases.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we inspect the returned item.
Can I cancel my order anytime?
Orders can only be canceled before processing or shipment begins. Once packing starts, cancellations are not accepted.
How do I cancel my order?
Log in to your account, find the order under ‘Orders,’ and select ‘Cancel.’ If you need help, contact customer support for assistance.
Are all items eligible for cancellation?
Inner wear items can’t be canceled after production starts. Also, items marked non-cancellable during checkout are final.
When will I receive a refund after cancellation?
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation approval.
